As an independent sourcing specialist, our role is to bridge the gap between demanding technical specifications and the most qualified manufacturing partners in Central Europe and beyond. Before contacting suppliers, we review drawings, materials, tolerances, and documentation requirements to reduce procurement risk.
Sourcing of investment castings in nickel and cobalt superalloys (IN 738LC, MAR-M247, IN 718) from qualified European foundries. Vacuum casting, equiaxed and DS structures.
Procurement of hydraulic components, power transmission parts, and mechanical assemblies from qualified international and European manufacturers. Direct import with full EU trade documentation.
Technical review of drawings and specifications. Material equivalents selection (legacy GOST/OST/TU to EN, DIN, ASTM). Supplier qualification and RFQ management on behalf of clients.
Coordination of CNC machining subcontracting in Central Europe. Access to turning centres, 5-axis machining, EDM, and grinding for prototypes and low-volume production.
Identification and qualification of new suppliers in Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany for castings, forgings, and machined components.
Managing the full path from first prototype castings (3D-printed wax patterns, 5–10 pcs) through qualification to serial supply (100–500 pcs/month).
